Please note you will need 3 or 4 hours to visit the entire park. We advise you to arrive in the morning in order to make the most of your visit. It's possible to eat in the zoo (snack, picnic areas, and sandwiches available).
These opening hours are approximate and can be changed if necessary.
Free parking.
Dogs are allowed in the zoo but only providing they are kept on a short lead during the ENTIRE visit. Only the lemurs and the goats’ enclosures are FORBIDDEN to dogs. In the “Safari” part, there is no problem as car windows of the cars must be kept closed during the entire visit. Be careful! Referring to the French law about dangerous dogs, dogs of 1st and 2nd categories (American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire terrier, Tosa, Rottweiler, Boerbull, Mastiff and similar) must be muzzled when they are in the pedestrian part or in the parking.
The park is accessible to disabled visitors but be careful as it is spread out over a hillside, therefore on a slope. It is preferable to be accompanied by someone who can push the wheelchair.
Access to the drive-through park is subject to strictly applying the security rules signed up at the gateway to the African plains and printed on the tickets.
Access to the drive-through park is possible for camping vans but it is recommended to remove spare wheels or bicycles hanging on the back of the vehicle to avoid any potential damage caused by the animals. Bicycles can be left with the cashiers at the entrance and picked up when leaving the drive-through park.
Access to the drive-through park is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN for motorbikes and convertible cars.
